Rachel has been caring for my toddler daughter since she was around 10-11 months old, and we constantly tell ourselves how lucky we are to have found her. She and her assistant childminder alike both love children and it shows in everything they do to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment for all the kids in their care. My daughter was initially very shy and wary, and Rachel went the extra mile to help ease the transition and even accommodated the difficulty to get her to nap - the situation has now changed and she naps almost as well as the others! The food is nutritious, delicious and healthy, and they are constantly proudly bringing home craftwork and drawings that they've done. Rachel is also great at teaching respect and mutual care - I'm often amazed at how well the children get along and play together. Under her care my daughter has blossomed into a confident, cheerful and curious girl who clearly loves being with the other kids at her home. I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for someone thoughtful and caring, and who really understands children.
