About Me
I am looking for a temporary nanny position from January. I will be moving to Hertfordshire soon and hope to be able to secure a nanny position in the area. I want to be completely transparent about my situation. Our house in London is on the market and we are confident we will get an offer soon. We have two houses that we will be choosing from in Hertfordshire to put an offer on, hopefully they will still be available. Understandably I am a little anxious as I am leaving my job of 15 years and the interest I get on my profile is giving me hope that I will be able to find employment when I move. If you are looking a little bit into the future for your childcare needs then I would love for you to consider me.
My Experience
I have 25 years experience of working with children including 10 years as a Foster carer. During my time as a foster carer at any one time I had sole care of two children age 2 and under including twins.
I have been working in my local Children's Centre for 15 years. I have been the SENCO role for the last four years but have now stepped into the room lead role.
My Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care - caring for children and young people.
Level 3 accreditation for Senco’s in the Early Years
Paediatric First Aid certificate,
Safeguarding Training
Health & Safety
Speech & Language
Makaton training
Food hygiene Level 2
Epi-pen training

My Availability
I am looking for a full time nanny position with a salary that reflects my many years of childcare experience and skills. I am available for weekday evening baby sitting.
I am willing to travel with notice.

Jo came to us at short notice and looked after 'FOUR' boys aged between 5-12yrs without a hitch. They all said she was great - and we are inclined to agree. Really helpful personality, immediately involved and very professional. Couldn't do better, many thanks!
