About Me

I started my childcare career In 1999 when my first child started school.
I took on an apprenticeship at Tidy magpies preschool in Canford Heath Poole Dorset,
In my five years at this preschool I did many training courses and advanced in my role from special-needs coordinator, Deputy manager and standing temporary manager.
I achieved my SENCO Level three certificate along with NVQ two and NVQ three in early years and education.
I then went onto Manage A Popular after-school club and and creche play scheme and Toddler group ,Here I took part in my management level Four NVQ for Leadership.
When I was Expecting my second child in 2011
I retrained to work as a childminder and became OFSTED registered.
As soon as I became registered I was snapped up to be an Nanny.
I’ve been a OFSTED registered childminder and Nanny for eight years.
My First family were a family with three children aged 2 1/2 three and six I stayed with them for four years.
Then a family of Three children age 4 and twins age 2 year .
I’ve done temporary nanny jobs to help out local families some of these children have had special requirements.
My currant job has now ended Working as a nanny in St Cross Winchester for a family of three children.
I have been with this family since January 2018 .
I work on Monday mornings as a supervisor at the David Lloyds Southampton creche Looking after babies and children age 3 months to 5 years Originally my role was to cover maternity leave back in January 2017 however I’ve been lucky enough to be kept on Permanently . Unfortunately this has been closed.
Over the years I’ve always kept my training up-to-date I have a current safeguarding certificate along with a paediatric FirstAid.
I am on the update service for a DBS check.
As I am OFSTED registered I am able to take all childcare vouchers. I have a clean driving license.
I can work as self-employed with a salary but still will require some holiday payment I’m also happy to be employed using the nanny tax Service.
If you wish to interview me I would require a clear job Description and payment plan along with agreeable contract.
I’m honest and reliable I have enjoyed each and everyone of my childcare roles.
I am happy to do baby sitting jobs and any pet care .
