Linda is amazing

Reviewed

We are extremely glad we found Linda! We needed childcare for a brief period of time (few months) for my 1 year old daughter because we did not get enough time at the nursery where she usually goes to (University of Warwick nursery). Imagine having to run between a childminder and a nursery with a baby in the middle of separation anxiety age... and Linda made it just so easy for us!

She loves babies and children and clearly enjoys being with them, and it reflects in the quality of her work. She really goes an extra mile making parent's life easier too. She drove our baby to the nursery when we had half days there, she picked her up in the mornings and dropped her at home in the evenings saving us a lot of time and trouble. And that also meantwe were not limited by the nursery closing times. Moreover, she never charged us for all this extra work. Her services are really an excellent value, I feel she is not charging us enough for what she does for us!

She handles special cases really well (our baby is allergic to loads of things including a strong milk allergy and has eczema). This was never a problem (while we had 2 accidents in the nursery).

Our nursery is rated outstanding by Ofsted, and Linda is definitely in the same league - I think her Ofsted rating is unfair, she is outstanding.

Our baby always smiles when she sees Linda, and is always happy to go and stay with her (remember, she is at the separation anxiety age!). She learned a lot too.

Our arrangement is coming to an end, but we are actually doing some hard thinking now about whether to give up some of the nursery time so that our baby does not have to part with Linda and other children in her care, as they became good friends despite age difference. We will definitely continue inviting Linda to babysit for us.

To keep this short, Linda is great with babies and children, very reliable and experienced. I can't praise and recommend her enough!
