Excellent childminder

My daughter came to Neeta's when she was 1 year old and has been attending for 3 days a week for 2 years. Neeta is a highly experienced childminder with over 20 years experience. As we were first time parents Neeta was an invaluable source of excellent parental tips. Our daughter now attends Neeta's throughout the school holidays meeting the little friends she made and absolutely loves it. When we had trouble getting our daughter to eat, Neeta was on hand to give us some great tips- our daughter still eats a whole range of food at Neeta's that we still find a little challenging to get our daughter to eat- a testimony in itself to Neeta's skill, experience and knowledge of baby and toddler children. Neeta is also very flexible with sudden changes to the days our daughter attends which has been really useful while we are working. Neeta has children of her own which makes the setting like one big family. We still continue to use Neeta's service to date and plan to continue to do so.

I would most definitely recommend.

Great childminder, definitely recommend

My son has been with Neeta for about a year now. He is very shy and had been slow with his speech. He developed beautifully with Neeta and the stimulating environment her home provides.

Neeta is endlessly resourceful on parenting tips and develops an excellent rapport with kids. She immediately understood what our son needed and was able to provide that support to him and to us. Whenever I go to drop off or pickup my son, I notice a loving, nurturing environment with lots of laughter for the kids to grow and blossom. All her meals are well planned to suit the specific dietary requirements of the babies / toddlers. She often takes the children she cares for on small outdoor picnics which makes it exciting for them. She is one of the few carers who spends time understanding the child and his environment and tries to create happy learning experience for him. She is one of my favourite people for her boundless kindness, enthusiasm and ability to stay calm and smile in any situation.

Perfect!

My daughter has been with Neeta for over a year and we've had a wonderful experience! I can't recommend Neeta highly enough.
I was very reluctant and worried to leave my daughter with anyone- but when I started work I had to find a solution for my younger daughter who was 21 months to be looked after and also cover for my older daughter for school holidays.
Neeta was very understanding and reassuring and for me it was important that Neeta as a mother herself understood completely the worries I had when leaving my precious child with someone new for the first time. She has made the settling in really easy for both me and my daughter and has always been very transparent and kept me informed and updated re food, nap, routine, what happened during the day and listened to my worries and accommodated specific needs. She has welcomed my daughter very warmly and and she has absolutely blossomed in the last year. I am amazed at how confident she has become and how lovely she has learnt to play and interact with other children . I put lots of her achievements down to Neetas work!! Neeta has an unbelievable amount of toys and games and a wealth of ideas as of what to do and play with the children, according to their individual age and interests and needs. Neeta is very experienced and knowledgeable with children and confident how to handle children of different ages and abilities which you'll notice straight away. She has a lovely way with with my daughter and all children. She is lovely and gentle but firm with the children and handles the unbelievable stress and and pressure of organizing all the children and school runs and getting everyone where they should be with ease and always with a smile on her face. Even in the most stressful situations I am amazed at how calm and collected she stays and always with the children on the forefront of her mind and their best interest at heart!
Neeta always does her atmost best to accommodate the needs of working parents and changing situations. I have three children and no family nearby - whenever I have any situation out of the usual occurring at work or with one of the kids sick- Neeta has without fail always helped me out, even at the short notice and it always worked out perfectly.
My daughter loves going to Neeta and I have total peace of mind and can concentrate on work! Whenever I pick her up its a happy and cheerful buzzing environment full of laughter. It feels like a big family with lots of children rather than a childcare setting! Just exactly what we needed- a home away from home for my children and I don't yet know how I will survive in sept when my little girls starts pre school! We will all sorely miss Neeta and all her family!

Fantastic childminder

Neeta has been my son's childminder for over 5 years now. He first started going to Neeta when he was 1 year old and he Neeta has ensured that he has grown and developed that she provides him with age appropriate activities and childcare.
Neeta provides an exceptional level of childcare, my son is treated and feels like one of the family, the environment is warm, safe and friendly. My son eats lots of foods at Neeta's that he won't eat at home! He certainly finds it a happy and secure place to be, where in his words, he "has fun".
Neeta is very supportive, I have called on her child education and development expertise on a number of occasions. Neeta believes in joining up all of the environments that a child is involved in so that she can provide the best childcare.
Neeta understands the demands of a working parent and is very flexible and supportive. I have told her on a number of occasions that "she has saved my life".

I can't recommend Neeta enough. When we moved to the area we did not have any family close by but we now consider that with Neeta and her family that we do.

Amazing childminder who we're sad to be leaving

We cannot recommend Neeta highly enough, she is warm, loving, fun and a very experienced childminder. We’re very sad to have to leave Neeta (as we are moving away from the area) as we would have loved her to continue to look after our daughter (who's almost 2) even after she started school.

It's a cliché to say that you feel as if you've found a childminder who is like one of the family, but for us that, was the level of care, security and peace of mind Neeta gave us and our daughter. Neeta’s house is warm and open and full of love and learning. It was obvious from our first meeting that she was warmly loved by the children in her care and that her relationship with them was genuine. Neeta has a great set up - with a huge variety of toys and a fantastic garden with loads for the kids to play with outside. Neeta is also a great cook and our daughter without doubt prefers Neeta’s food to mine! For small children it is simply the perfect place to be - a home away from home.

Neeta helped make the settling in process as easy as possible for our then one year old, and made it a bit less difficult for me to return back to work knowing that our daughter was being well looked after. Neeta has always been so flexible and able to help out with a last minute ‘emergencies’ if we’ve ever needed additional childcare help which is also invaluable.

We feel privileged to have found her, and we highly recommend Neeta without hesitation to anyone looking for extremely professional, qualified and loving childcare.

We were only with Neeta for a few months as we are moving from Loughton but she has been absolutely perfect. She is flexible, reassuring, friendly, welcoming, helpful, proffessional and experienced. We couldn't have hoped for a better introduction to childcare for Jonathan. We will really miss her and her warm home. Thanks so much! From Alex, Patrick and Jonathan.

Best childminder!

When I stepped into her house the first time, I knew I had found the right place for our daughter. Neeta has a very warm and kind personality and my daughter instantly warmed to her. Our daughter loves going to Neeta and always comes home happy with lots of stories to tell.

Neeta is professional, flexible, endlessly resourceful and patient.

Neeta offers fun and well thought through activities; always with individual development stages in mind. Neeta takes our daughter to trips to museums, playgroups and parks. She’s very observant and she knows all the children very well. She is firm but kind, and is able to deal with any behaviour in a calm and compassionate way.

Neeta cooks all her meals from scratch and has been very flexible in accommodating our daughter’s dietary requirements.

Neeta also offers a wealth of knowledge and advice which I find very valuable. I am able to go to work knowing my daughter is having a great time with all her needs met. She offers a safe, fun and stimulating environment where children can grow and blossom. Neeta has been looking after our daughter for over year and I can't say enough how happy we all are with the wealth she offers.

Highly, highly recommended!

Fabulous

We chose Neeta when we required a flexible childcare arrangement when our daughter was 7 months. We chose Neeta because she was so warm with the children. She sees childminding as a profession, and looks to improve the service for her children all the time. She takes an enormous amount of pride in providing the very best experience for all the children, with all kinds of activities, trips, and play in a warm family environment. I'd echo one of the previous reviews about the fabulous cooking smells when I go in to collect our daughter! Our daughter is now heading for school this year, and over the years we have seen her care for many different children, some more difficult than others, all with their own personalities respected and all treated with the greatest of kindness. She is firm but kind with the children. Due to my own varied working patterns I have been at Neeta's at all different times of day, and have been invited to join day trips, and can honestly say I have never seen her shout at a child. I'm in awe of her seemingly endless supply of patience and resources, enthusiastically finding yet another activity when children are staying later when I know she received the first child in before 8am. She is also knowledgeable and supportive of other childcare in the area, encouraging us to look at nursery when our daughter became eligible for free places so that our daughter could experience a different environment closer to what she would have at school. We continue to use a mix of nursery and Neeta for our childcare as we would like to maintain that link for our daughter. Neeta is an endless supply of good ideas and suggestions for all stages that we have been through with our daughter, and we can't imagine how we would have managed without her. She is now a very much much loved part of our family.

the most kind person we have ever met!!

I am Erick, and I will be 4 years old soon. My mommy started full time work last year in September, so I needed to find somebody to replace her!!

I have to mention that my mommy was a school teacher some time ago and she practiced for 5 years, so she was quite fussy in finding the right person for me!!
I had a few problems too.......I didn't want to eat any sort of meat, no eggs, no potato, no sausage ........ the only food I loked was gren beans,, couscous , fish and.......that would be all!!!!
On top of everything, I really really wanted to stay only and only with my mother, I couldn't understand why she had to go to work????????Who was going to love me the same way she does??
And then she found Neeta!!!!
And I was very happy!!!!!!!!
I have now a lot of friends, I EAT now everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! meat, eggs, sausage rolls, vegetables......you name it.....I eat it!!!!!!!
Neeta's house now is my house!!! And sometimes mom's house too, when she wants to relax, to talk to a friend......to watch me playing!!!!!
Oh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I forgot to tell you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was nearly 3 when Neeta started to take care of me, and I wasn't saying a single word!!!!!!!!!!! I refused to speak!!!!!!
Now, after one year..............I can talk, sing, I know all the letters and I can count to 20.
All thanx to Neeta!!!
I love you Neeta, and my family loves you too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made the best decision

I have always been sceptical of childminders, but Neeta has defiantly eradicated any fares I had. I have a 3yr old daughter Nyima who has been going to Neeta’s since about 18months old this was coming from a nursery setting.
I found Neeta to be a warm loving and inviting, she made us feel comfortable and she readily opened her home. Nyima was a shy child but within weeks settled into her environment and was happy to be left of a morning. On collection she was still bright in mood she looked well cared for and always sad to leave!!
Working shifts I was looking for someone who could support me and be flexible and I found that. I always know what’s happening, what Nyima has been up to Neeta is always available with feedback, reports and pictures. There are a number of indoor and out door activities that take place and also a lot of socialising out side the home attending clubs. (I no longer take Neeta’s word for it as Nyima talks loads and keeps me informed)
To end I am very reassured that my child goes from home to home! And the care is just as good as her mummy’s :o))
