I knew from the minute I spoke to Charlene on the telephone that I was going to like her! She and Peter provide wonderful care to our 2-year old son and my husband and I are always completely relaxed leaving him with them. Our son is still at the stage of being a bit clingy and teary when we leave him, but when we go to collect him, he always looks very happy and it's often a battle trying to get him to leave the very homely, warm, fun environment! Peter and Charlene are very flexible with regards to our requirements (my husband and I work odd hours sometimes) and have helped us out at very short notice, too. I have no hesitation in recommending Charlene and Peter as wonderful childminders! Our son can't wait to see them again soon!
