Jess worked for our family for almost 4 years, she was with us since my eldest was 13 months and stayed with us while we had our second child. Jess has a really clam and professional approach to children. She was instrumental in Arran’s early learning and transition into Nursery and helped wean my daughter onto bottle milk then foods and looked after her from birth. She manages her time and ours very well with excellent communication and a high level of flexibility where needed. She worked long hours 11.5 hours a day and was always dedicated to her job. She had a lovely way with our two, they loved her to bits and responded well to her rules. Jess is very creative and so would spend time inside doing crafts and then she did so much walking and outdoor activity especially Alice Holt and Frensham ponds! Jess likes routine and this works very well for the children. We would love to work with her again but location doesn’t work out this time. Any family would be so lucky to have her in their lives and caring for their children.
