I have known Jodie for 5 years, and she has helped me out with my children many many times over the years.
My kids (nearly 4 & 6) adore her tremendously. I know that they are in very safe hands when Jodie has sole charge of them.
I am happy to act as a references if required.
I would employ Jodie tomorrow, but can not offer her enough hours as both my kids attend school/ preschool.
