About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder graded good and outstanding for the past 16 years, I work alongside another independent Ofsted registered childminder and we are both trained Forest school teachers. I have 2 daughters of my own, aged 20 and 16, We attend regular childminding groups, stay and plays, trips to the park, farm, museums and soft plays. My setting provides a strong focus on outdoor learning, learning amongst nature and following the interests of each individual child. I am committed to providing all the children with a high quality of care. I follow the EYFS for under 5's, which covers all of the areas of development for the children and have a close working relationship with Islington councils early years team and Send department. I have recently undergone training to be a level 3 Forest School Leader, and very much have a forest school ethos focus within our setting. Promoting mental well-being, and the ability to be imaginative and explorers.
We also offer free government funded childcare place for 9 months, 2,3 and 4 year olds
We will have 2 spaces available for under 5's from January . References are available on request

I have been running my childcare business for 16 years now and still love helping path the way for children to fulfil their full potential. I have lots of experience with day care, babysitting, young babies and special educational needs etc (full references are available on request)

We had our two sons with Dani from 2023 to 2025. We were so happy to entrust our children into Dani’s care. She is confident and competent, never phased by anything. She always had brilliant ideas for activities and days out - my children did way more adventurous days with Dani than with us! Forest school was a staple of their experience with Dani and they always came home enthused and full of ideas!
I felt like she had the perfect balance of discipline and kindness, and my kids were always very happy to be dropped off at Dani’s in the morning.
I was confident that Dani was looking out for developmental milestones and encouraging our children to progress - using the early years curriculum as a guide. Food was nutritious and abundant - I rarely needed to do top up meals at home. All in all, we highly recommend Dani.

Danielle cared for my son when he was a toddler, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She is incredibly understanding and has such a natural love for the children she looks after — and the children clearly love her too. She has a wonderful ability to understand children’s needs, including those with SEN, and creates a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where they can thrive.
She provides a fantastic balance of fun activities and learning opportunities, and we could see the difference it made in his confidence and development. Danielle is respectful, caring, and genuinely passionate about what she does.
She made both our son and us feel completely at home, and it was clear how much he enjoyed being around her. She is professional, trustworthy, and gave us complete peace of mind knowing that our son was in her care.
We feel very lucky to have had her as our childminder and would 100% recommend her to any family looking for someone outstanding.

Thank you so much for your lovely words, I really appreciate it! He was an absolute pleasure to look after and now he is all grown up and a beautiful young man in the making
Danielle looked after my daughter Ella until we moved out of the area.
Ella loved being out and about with Danielle and the gang in the local parks and farms and making use of activities in the local area and never stuck indoors,
Ella always came home happy and was well looked after.
Danielle is knowledgeable about childcare and children's needs.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
