About Me
Hi , my name is brigid , I am a newly qualified Nursery Practitioner HNC / NVQ level 3. I have my food hygiene certificate and In August this year I am doing my First Aid Certificate. I am also a registered childminder .
I am friendly organised person . I am looking at looking after children either in their own home or in mine as a childminder. I believe in children learning from playing. I also believe in new experiences and bringing adventure to a child. either by taking them to Museums, castles , woodland walks and even splashing in puddles everything is fun and can be an adventure to any child. Most importantly to me is that I provide a home from home caring environment.
My Experience
Well my experience is that I have 3 children and have looked after my nieces and nephew for a while .
from when they were born until they went to school.
I have also got my SVQ level 3 / HNC in early years education and childcare which i had to work as a nursery nurse in a school nursery. I enjoyed my time in my placements. My other experience comes from having three children who have been a credit to me in every way possible. My children have all now left home and have careers of their own or at university.
My Qualifications
I have qualifications from high school O grades in french , maths ,english,art, home ec,chemistry, history,
highers in english, art, history,maths and chemistry.
hnd in accounts as well as a scotvec in business .
HNC in Early Years Education and Child care.
My Availability
I am available from 6am-6 pm Monday to Friday .
