Jackie is a warm and caring person who puts so much of her heart into raising the children in her care. She took my daughter part-time from the age of 16 months and my daughter has blossomed from a shy, unsure, child into a bold and confident little girl. Right from the start Jackie made sure that we had a gradual settle and put my daughter first even suggesting we change days so that she could attend a singing group because my daughter loves music so much. When we had a development assessment that wasn't great Jackie reassured me and made sure I was feeling OK as well as giving me solid advice about what to do with my daughter.
Jackie has also been wonderful with my eldest who she has after school and for holidays.
It breaks my heart to be leaving and if we could take Jackie with us to our new home we would in a heartbeat, she's the family member we didn't know was missing and will be impossible to replace. I hope we stay in touch long into the future and she can see our girls grow into young women.
