Hi, my name is Sarah and I'm 36 years old, living in Haxby, York.
I am a very vibrant, hard working and self motivated individual, who loves working with children because it is such a rewarding career, knowing that the fun things I plan to do with each child, will aid them holistically in their growth and development, as they grow into little human beings.
I have experience with newborn, twins, siblings, overnight care, fostered individuals and much more.
My Experience
I have 20 years experience working in Childcare.
I have experience working with children of all ages and am a parent myself. I have worked as a Nanny, Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader, Senco and now Childminder. I am passionate in providing only the best care and learning for children, and love to build a strong bond and friendship with each individual child.
I have worked with children with additional needs and plan regular Forest school sessions. We also attend a Residential home that specialises in Dementia and are always out and about visiting local parks and play groups.
My Qualifications
9 GCSEs Including Maths, English, ICT & Art
Further Education - CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care & Education
- Nvq Level 4 in Children’s Care, Learning & Development
- BSc (Honours) Psychology Degree
- NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Infection Control.
