About Me
I am married and have three children of my own, a daughter who is 2 years old, a son who is 12 years old and a daughter aged 15 years old. I am a Ofsted registered childminder (graded Good on inspection) and also a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY).
I and my staff not only simply comply with the statutory requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) we strive to provide an excellent service that meets parents needs whilst ensuring a safe, caring, loving and enjoyable learning environment for the children.
I am able to work with children of all ages and abilities, I can observe, assess and plan stimulating and challenging activities for the children. I promote positive relationships between myself, parents and all other carers involved with the children's care to ensure that consistency of care and routines are provided to children. I offer a range of communication methods to ensure parents are being informed of their child's health, growth and learning development.
I have a spacious home with a good sized garden and plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, especially messy play, Visiting local parks, farms, going on outings which are based on my children's interests. I attend and run local playgroup and messy play session and often visit soft play centres weekly. My service includes the children’s meals (depending on their dietary requirements) consisting of organic based variety of cuisines

I have a total of 20 years childcare experience. Throughout my career, I have worked in many childcare services including nurseries and schools, youth provisions and with other childminder’s. Throughout my career in childcare I have acquired many qualifications and training courses to further my knowledge, and improve my professional practice.

We enrolled our daughter with Patricia when she had just turned 1 and she has provided the most amazing care for her. Patricia has got so many resources to ensure the children have a fun and engaging time, both indoors and in her big garden for the warmer months. She cooks delicious and healthy food and often gets the little ones involved in cooking and baking. We particularly love how often Patricia takes the children out - playgrounds, soft plays, toddler classes, sandpits, parks, libraries, they are always out and about having adventures. After one year with Patricia we moved out of the area and were so sad to have to say goodbye, given how settled our daughter has become with her. I would highly recommend Patricia, we miss her greatly!

I was very nervous when first seeking a childminder but from the first day i met Patricia i knew my daughter was in the best hands!.
Patricia has been looking after my daughter for around 3 years. She truly has been the best childminder, i cannot put into words. Patricia provides a clean and warm home environment, She cooks nutritious meals in variety and has activities throughout the day. She has been a godsend with being flexible and patient with me being a busy mum. Patricia really has gone above and beyond for me and my daughter over the last 3 years and i am so grateful to have found Patricia and have her look after my daughter the last 3 years.
Patricia has had a big influence on the development for my daughter over the last 3 years and my daughter is always excited to go little heirs. Any parent seeking a childminder for the best childcare can feel at ease when bringing their child little heirs.
Me an my daughter will both miss Patricia beyond words.

Our daughter has been looked after by Patricia since she was 10 months old. We feel very lucky to have found such a caring, responsible and nurturing childminder and can’t recommend Little Heirs highly enough.
Our daughter’s emotional development, speech and movement has come along hugely in her year with Patricia, due in part to the educational and adventurous play she gets up to during the day. Our daughter has great fun with arts and crafts and messy play in a happy and safe environment, and is regularly taken on trips to soft play and out in the local area. The effort Patricia puts into activities alongside her nurturing and caring nature has allowed our daughter to truly thrive. When I tell her in the morning that we’re going to see Tricia today, she cheers with excitement.
Patricia cooks varied and nutritious meals which our daughter has always loved, and provides a safe, comfortable and engaging setting at a great price point. We’re sorry to see Tricia leave our local area. She is a real asset for parents nearby.
Both us and our daughter will really miss going to Little Heirs. Patricia has been a really important and fundamental part of our early years journey. We hope that other parents can make use of Patricia’s fantastic childcare services in the future.

Patricia has been the childminder of our daughter for the past three years, starting when she was just one year old, and she has truly become an incredible part of our lives. We couldn’t have asked for a more caring, thoughtful, and dedicated person to help guide our daughter through such important early years.
Under Patricia’s care, our daughter has grown tremendously—not only in learning and communication, but also in compassion and emotional confidence. Patricia has a remarkable ability to understand children, love them wholeheartedly, and help them navigate their emotions with patience and kindness. Thanks to her, our daughter has become talkative, expressive, and wonderfully prepared for pre-school.
The meals Patricia provides are absolutely brilliant—healthy, varied, and clearly made with care. The activities she organises are equally fantastic, always stimulating, creative, and perfectly suited to each developmental stage.
We are deeply grateful for the love and dedication Patricia has shown our daughter. She has played an essential role in her growth, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.

My daughter has been with Patricia since she was 9 months old, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better childminder. She has truly thrived in Patricia’s care, she’s always so happy to go in the mornings and comes home full of smiles.
The love, cuddles and attention Patricia gives her shine through every day. She creates such a warm, nurturing environment and cooks the most delicious, healthy meals that my little one absolutely loves.
As a parent, there’s no better feeling than knowing your child is genuinely cared for and treated like family. I’m so grateful to have found Patricia, she’s been such a blessing to us.

We enrolled our daughter under Patricia’s care from 11 months, almost a year and a bit later and our daughter has progressed massively - Patricia not only gives the kids love and care but gives them vital skills, our daughter’s speech alone is very advanced for her age thanks to Patricia, she also can count and is very far along with her alphabet all before the age of two! I never thought I’d trust someone who wasn’t family as much as I trust Patrica, my daughter is besotted with her and we really feel like Patricia is a valued part of our family. Patricia genuinely cares and loves the kids like her own and proudly calls them her ‘bonus children’. Patricia also provides an amazing varied home cooked meals for the kids, our daughter has definitely developed her palette thanks to Patricia’s wonderful cooking!! Patricia truly is an angel on earth, and I’m so glad we found her, I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for our daughter and the ease we feel knowing our daughter is in such great hands. Patricia - you are one in a million!!!

I was so thrilled to find Trish to look after our daughter Isabella (from 11 months old). Trish was always safe, trusted and kind with the little ones - Isabella loved being with her and her assistant Jackie. Trish taught Bella so much and I'm genuinely really sad to be leaving Little Royals as we're moving home to be closer to family. Isabella had such a lovely time in Trish's care and we couldn't have asked for a better childminder! ❤️

Patricia and Jackie have provided a loving environment for my 2 year old son for over a year. Unfortunately we have had to change childminders due to my new job location and LTNs making the drop off too long and I'm very upset to have to move him. My son settled really quickly, Patricia's warmth radiates from her and I never worried about my son whilst he was with her. Patricia provides a home from home and welcomed my son into her home and family. Patricia provides excelllent stimulation with library trips, park trips and lots of painting....my son loved it! We will miss her and Jackie dearly.

We were so worried about handing our daughter over to someone else to care for but we were so incredibly lucky to have found Trish!
From the very start she looked after our little one with so much care and attention. Our little girl thrived with Trish and Jacqui and felt like she was part of the family. She developed so well in their care and is a strong, confident, fun-loving and caring child largely because of the time she spent at Trish’s.
They do lots of activities and go out and about to soft play and the park. Most days our daughter would come home with some crafts she made and beautiful gifts for mothers’ and fathers’ day, Christmas, Easter etc.
The food is top notch and really broadened our little one’s pallette! She eats everything now!
We had to leave London and one of our biggest concerns was if we could bear to leave Trish’s! We all miss Trish, her family and Jacqui so much!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her as a childminder- in fact I’d go as far as to say that if you’re lucky enough to get a space snap it up ASAP because you’re very lucky!

When you are looking for a childminder/ nursery place it is the most scariest thing, especially when you are first time parents and in a lockdown situation. I searched a few nurseries but nothing was the right fit until I found “Auntie Trish!”. This amazing, personable, caring , super organised childminder literally has helped our little family strive to its best since September 2020. My 2 and a half year old daughter and 1 year old son have thrived in Auntie Trish’s care and we have only improved as new parents through her continued support, kindness and guidance. Nothing is too much trouble for Trish and she cares about you all as a community. The children are like a family which in London if you have limited family support like we did is so helpful! Her childminding settings are five star rating. The space setting is incredible, always super clean and fun! Every day I would get pictures of Mali and Jac doing the most fun, creative, social activities whether it was on a rainy day or an outing around the local community. I would never need to worry about meals or snacks they were always delicious, nutritional and in fact I would relish if there were any leftovers for mummy to have, if I needed to pick up the little ones early before dinner ocassionally. The children are very lucky. Patricia cares about the whole picture for the development of your child their mental, physical and social well-being and will always check in with you as a family. They say some people were born to be in a role and she most certainly was born to be a fabulous childminder and nurture and develop children. We sadly are leaving the country now and whilst we are sad about leaving London , we are mostly upset about is if we will ever have anyone as good as Auntie Trish! She really is a gem 💎 in South London and we know our two little people have had the best start due to her encouragement, guidance and love. I would not hesitate to put my children in her care if I returned to London! As my partner always says #inTrishwetrust

You guys have been amazing to work with over the years and have truly supported me in supporting, teaching and caring for the children. Although I’ll miss you all, I’m happy your moving to greener pastures.
