I have over 16 years experience, I started my training at 17 working as an apprentice at a private day nursery, I gained my NVQ level 2 & 3 In Children's Care, Learning and Development. Once qualified I worked my way up and worked as a nursery manager. I have experience working with all age groups, children with English as an additional Language and special educational needs. I have worked as a residential home manager for the last few years. This is supporting children and young people who present with emotional, behavioural difficulties due to adverse childhood traumas/experiences.
