About Me
My name is Laily I am ofsted register child minder with over 17years experience.i live with my husband and two children I have a four bedroom house near Redbridge station .my children age one is 21years and one is 16years . I am full qualified all areas of child minder.with NVQ3 qualification child care learning and development . And I have a another qualification as well. who takes great care in providing a safe environment for children with seven area of development.to play and learn.have a facility outdoor and indoor activities and I take children library/park /and play group three days.and each child has a there own profile book .which includes there photos and works and this done in order to keep track of there progress and development.
And I love to work with children I am very open and communicate person. I have a very big play room with natural lighting for the children to play.all so I have a very big garden .

I have been a childmind for17years and enjoy the experiance of running my own bussiness and .meeting new parents.
My Qualifications
I am a ofsted registered childminder and have an NVQ level 3 in childcare
First aid/ Food hygiene/ health and safety/ safe guarding training.DBS chack And pull driving license and a Ofsted 'good' evaluation during my last inspection.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
My rate is very reasonable as I have siblings discount. Also I have 15 hour free childcare Please ring for details

Roy has been going to Laily since he was 10 months old. He was with Laily for nearly one year and she was amazing with him and with me as a parent.it’s lovely to see the daily updates on the photos that Laily sends me all the time! Laily is so lovely and Roy loves her. I am so happy I choose Laily to look after Roy.
She has been very supportive and has taken efforts to work around my timings which has helped me immensely. She is very caring and yet very professional and welcoming. I have noticed a significant positive improvement in my son since he started there.
I would have no hesitation in using Laily again and would highly recommend to any other parents who are looking for a childminder. ( In addition, I’m a primary teacher, and I followed, Roy’s development very carefully during the time that he spent with Laily. Feedback 100% satisfied )

Laily is currently caring for my 3 year old son. I have known her for seven years as she also cared for my daughter from the age of 13 months. Laily has a lovely home and a wonderful family. She has extended the rear of her home into a nursery-type setting. There are fantastic facilities here to paint, draw and read. Laily and her family always show alot of love to both my children. She greets them with hugs and a warm smile. Laily always provides feedback on the children on pickup. She is very calm natured and has lots of patience. She's very respectful to us and never makes decisions without asking for parents permission. Thank you Laily.

Laily has been looking after our two boys (ages 3 and 5) over the last three years.
The boys have always enjoyed been looked after by laily and they look forward to going to stay with her.
As parents we are very satisfied with Laily's care of the boys and how they have developed under her.
Laily has a range of toys and activities set up at her house and also takes the boys out to play centres, parks etc..
She has two children of her own who the boys get on well with and play with.
We would highly recommend Laily to anybody looking for a childminder as being reliable, friendly, flexible and caring.
