At Noreen's Little Explorers the welfare and well being of the children placed in our care is of paramount importance. Great care is taken to provide a safe secure and stimulating environment which will allow your child to develop confidence, independence and good social skills in what will become their second home.
SETTINGS
The premises is a large property located in a very quiet cul-de-suc-area which is very convenient as there are many different routes to all locations approximately within 5 miles radius including slough high street, Wexham, Farnham road, Burnham, Taplow, Maidenhead, Beaconsfield, Farnham Common, Hedgerley and Langley.
It is very spacious including two large lounges completely dedicated to children which includes a indoor soft play and varies of toys where they enjoy number of activities followed by another large living room with a sleeping area leading to a conservatory with a 3000litres large aquarium that children throughly enjoy.
Beyond that we have a extremely large garden with a football pitch with goal posts where there’s free open space and a separated fenced area with plenty of out door toys such as slides, tunnels, play houses tricycles and a trampoline and much more.
Our premises is also fully secured with Cctv and a alarm system.
We strike a very careful balance between care, play and learning. We believe primarily that skills acquired at an early age provide a strong foundation for further education and understanding. We value and encourage everyone promoting respect for others through a strong emphasis on the development of self discipline and good manners.
Little about me
Driven by compassion as an adept child care provider, I have a well rounded skill set in early childhood development and honed talents in lesson planned development and age-appropriate development, making me a ideal child care provider.
Having a full time cleaner on site gives me the opportunity to provide undivided attention to all my children.

I have delivered child care support to numerous families from numerous backgrounds over the past twelve years in various capacities including children with special needs, using my patient and fun-loving nature to earn children’s and parents’trust and build long-standing relationships. Additionally, I have key experience helping young children through separation anxiety situations, using distraction and refocussing techniques to help kids through those tough emotions.

My Experience
I have a lifetime experience with children in all different backgrounds, including children with special needs. I have been ofstead registered childminder for over 10 years, where have looked after childern 4months until they are ready for school and never had a day off sick or been out of work.

My Availability
I am very flexible and work all year round. I'm available for school runs from Burnham Grammer school and may consider pick up/drop off from home if required.
Open Monday-Fridays may considered weekends. I take very short holidays (extend weekends). I try my best to work around my parents' needs and do my best to make things as comfortable and convenient as I can for them.

I can't recommend Noreen enough - she is an amazing childminder! My son loves to go there - always having a lot of fun but also learning a lot of things, he improved a lot in many areas thanks to Noreen. After long search for a suitable childminder for my son I knew that Noreen is the one even after a short phone conversation. She won my heart - she is very well educated but as well kind and warm. I was very confident about leaving my son under her care. She always keep my updated about my son's development and she is always very flexible and helpful when I need to make some adjustments about hours. She feels like a family to us and she is creating that beautiful, nutritious environment for the kids there. She is a real diamond. I am always greatful that I found her and can't thank her enough for all the care and love she is sharing with our son and the other kids. Highly recommended.

My daughter started going to Noreen since July 2019 and has been with her ever since. Noreen is great and very reliable and trustworthy; there’s never been a day that she had let me down. She’s also been very flexible which is what I love the most about her as I work very long shifts. She’s also great with my daughter and my daughter is always so excited to go. She’s the best childminder ever, dunno what I would do without her helping me with childcare. She’s also a very good communicator; throughout the day when I’m at work I’m always updated on how my daughter is doing. Everyday my daughter comes home with some new words so I know she’s also been learning over there not just playing only. The best childminder ever!

My daughter has been with Noreen since she was 5 months old (she’s now 15months), started at the beginning of the pandemic. Coming back to work from maternity leave and with the current environnement, it was difficult to leave my baby with someone else but Noreen has been amazing! We organised a settling period for her and my daughter to get to know each other and now she jumps into her arms when I drop her off. Noreen is very attentive to my daughter’s development and she works closely with us to ensure she hits the milestones, in her own time. She is very flexible and always gives us update on our baby and how she is feeling. I could not ask for better care and I am very grateful for her looking after my baby all these months. Thank you Noreen !

My daughter Eva has been to Noreen's Little explorer's for three months. It was her first nursery and she couldn't speak english when she started in Noreen. So I was so much worried about that. But my worries didn't lasted even one day. Eva was so much attached to Noreen on the first day itself. The actual meaning of the name 'Noreen' is " Lovable, bright” which is exactly true with her. So I am very happy with my childcare choice. She is very professional, trustworthy and flexible. She was so lovable to my daughter and to all other kids. She taught English and good manners to my daughter. I would recommend Noreen to all parents. Eva is still going to Noreen on non term time as she don't want to miss Noreen.
