Friendly and lovely

My daughter loved going to Leah's. She still talks about it now over 2 years later of the lovely memories she made there. She was happy to go and always enjoyed her time there. Highly recommend to anyone wanting someone kind and caring and makes the parents feel like they can ask questions and sends you pictures too.

Wonderful

My grandson has been with Leah for nearly two years. He had a rocky start in life and when he first went to Leah he was anxious and unsettled. He has changed into a happy, engaged three year old. Leah has played a major part in his development. Her home is a welcoming environment where children can thrive (ably assisted by her lovely assistant Phoebe). There is always lots learning and fun going on.
Leah has an enormous set of child caring skills, but most of all she is loving, caring, but firm, with all her children. I shall miss picking my grandson up when he has to move on.

Amazing childminder

Our son is almost two and has been going to Leah since January 2021, when we moved area to Epsom. We were really worried about how he would take the change with moving house and away from the nursery that he had been attending since he was one but we shouldn’t have worried as he settled in straight away! In fact, he never cried and never looked back even from that very first day (which was unexpected as he would cry at drop off to nursery).

Choosing a childminder is hard enough in normal circumstances but choosing one during a pandemic when we were unable to see where our son would be spending his time was really hard but Leah put us at ease straight away.

Our son has such a great time in Leah’s care. We really love and appreciate the photos and videos we receive. They are always doing something fun and creative and his development and speech has come on tremendously since he started.

We couldn’t be happier and wholeheartedly recommend.

Truly exceptional childminder

It's hard to express in a few sentences what Leah has done for our son and our family. He has severe separation anxiety and the first few months were so hard for all of us. But Leah handled it with the calmness, kindness and compassion she does everything. I honestly believe I'd have had to give up work if we had sent our son anywhere but to Leah's.

In the two years he's been there, he's blossomed into a happy member of the Leah's Littluns family. The activities and education she provides are second to none, and we get daily videos and photos of him laughing and having fun. We have lots of friends who send their children to 'outstanding' nurseries and they can't believe the stuff our son does with Leah.

Our son does have some challenges and it is down to Leah that these have been picked up so early. She has been so professional and empathic in dealing with it. When our health visitor spoke to Leah about our son she said in all her many years working with early years practitioners she'd never met one like Leah and that we were very lucky!

Above all, we know that whatever Leah does, the welfare and happiness of our son - and the other children she looks after - is her number one priority. We're so glad that we found her!

Amazing childminder

Our boys were at leahlittluns for a year and they loved it in her setting so much. They were treated like family, they were fed amazing nutritional food and never struggled to get them to go in on their set days. It's been 8 month since we left (leah had her baby so there were too many children in the setting) and they still ask when they can go to leahs House and see their friends and bebe (pheobe leahs assistant). The boys miss taking Jenko for walks and exploring with their friends! I couldn't recommend anyone higher then leah, she cares for all the children in her setting and they thrive. We miss you all at leahslittleuns' xx

The best of the best!!

Leah is an amazing childminder, she currently looks after my little boy and has done since he was 11 months old.

I was a nervous and worried mum like all first time mums when I first returned to work and was looking to place my little boy into childcare. When I found Leah that was all put aside, I knew I had found the right place as she described her setting as ‘home from home’ and that is what you get! She is supportive and caring towards parents and will always take the time to listen to any concerns and give advice if needed she’s always just on the end of a phone.

Leah provides a 5* star setting, the activities, day trips, learning based activities is outstanding. Regular updates and photos are sent throughout the day so you really know what your child is doing. My little boy has developed so well his right on target meeting milestones. His social skills are amazing his confident with other children in social situations and when we are out and about. I believe this is due to Leah and all the outings they go on. He already has a lovely little friendship group!

My little boy is so happy in Leah’s care and is always happy and excited to go I don’t even get a goodbye even at pick up he doesn’t really want to come home!!

Even during lockdown Leah went above and beyond to support the children in her care providing packs of activities to keep them entertained. When we was able to Leah even came for an outside visit so that when I had to go back to work it was a smooth transition for him to make after being at home so long.

Meals provided are healthy and balanced and home cooked.

Leah’s devotion and care for her ‘littleuns’ is superior to other. I know that I do have the best childminder and can’t wait for my little boys brother to join him when I return to work and he can have the same wonderful experiences as his older brother.

For me as a parent knowing my child is well cared for and happy when I’m at work puts me at ease and I can see this on a daily bases with Leah!

Fantastic childminder

My son has ASD and Leah was so patient with him. He was a very big challenge and she helped us all through a difficult time.

Her setting is perfect for any child of any age. She is imaginative, creative and always ready with bundles of fun.

They have a lovely dog Jenko and our sons loved playing with him.

Couldn’t recommend Leah enough, she is fantastic

Fun home away from home

Leah has a lovely family of her own, and makes your little one feel a part of that. Her strong values and sense of family definitely pull through to all that she does.
The kids are encouraged to explore, grow and become independent. I love that Leah gets them out and about, whether it is to Nonsuch park for a stroll or picnic, or local playgroups. There is always something exciting on the go, with crafts and activities too.
Leah is accommodating and goes above and beyond to help out where she can.
Would not hesitate to recommend Leahs littleuns.

Highly recommended!

Leah looked after our daughter from the age of 8 months. Her warm, caring approach meant I felt very comfortable leaving my daughter and confident she felt safe and happy throughout the day. She enjoyed trips out, creative activities at home like arts and crafts and baking and plenty of messy play.
Leah is very encouraging and promotes good behaviour and kindness in a firm but fair way.
I would whole heartedly recommend Leah's childminding service!

Lovely Home Environment

Leah looked after both of my children until we moved away from the area. She provided a safe and loving home environment for them and they were always happy to go to, so much so that they never wanted to leave! My children were so sad to leave Leah and her family when we moved!
The variety of activities available was always engaging and during the summer she took the children on great day trips.
I would not hesitate to recommend Leah as a childminder. She never let us down and was always happy to try and accommodate last minute requests.
