What can we say about Sara that hasn't already been said by the other reviewers!
She is one of our family now for sure. She has looked after and brought up our children with us for the past 4 years... and we were devastated to have to leave her recently!
Sara has a beautiful house, a great family and treats all of her children as if they were her own. We have had both of our sons left in Sara's care over the years and our second child started with Sara at only a few weeks old, and after the first week we knew we had made the right choice.
Leo and Jack (our boys) both love Sara and constantly talk about her. Even though we have left her now we are still in touch and will be family friends forever.
If you are looking for a a very caring child minder, someone who loves your children, a person that takes your children out on trips, makes amazing gifts in arts and crafts, is VERY reasonably priced, will help with school pick-ups, very flexible with days and times and LOVES her job... look no further, give her a call... its a decision you will NEVER regret and be glad you made!

Sara has been a god send to me and my children. Both Sara and her assistant Caroline offer the best care you could ever wish for and when I moved away I asked her if she had a clone in Devon?! (unfortunately she doesnt)
I couldnt have asked for better care for both my Daugheter Cecilia now at school and Angelo from 6 months to 2 years. They loved their time with sara and caroline and her family.
They had lots of fun and love and Sara made it feel like their second home.
Saras approach to Chilminding is in my eyes is without fault . She is highly creative, organised, assertive, huggable, fun loving lady who takes the children on outings, celebrates birthdays with cake and a little party for the children, celebrates festivities and special days by invloving the children in making cards and gifts for their families, teachers the children manners and lots of other everyday skills, applies discipline effectively and is helpful in many situations, keeps a diary of events and compiles an outstandingly beautiful album for when the children sadly depart.
We miss you Sara and Caroline !

I've been going Sara's for 13 years and I treasure every time I go. I feel so at home. it feels like my second home. me and my brother feel like we are part of their big family.
I've many friends there and it feels like one big happy family. her daughters have been great role models for me and they are really friendly and get on with all the children.
the atmosphere is friendly and inviting.
Sara does a wide variety of activities for many ages such as arts and crafts (one of my favourites to do there!) she also goes lots of places such as Farmer Parmers, parks, the blue pool just to name a few and she does educational thing like the reading challege that the libary do every summer .she also has many toys that suits many ages. I still really enjoy going i still seeing everyone and playing with them!
I don't think i ever want to stop going there its feels like a part of me and I would definitely say its help make me who I am today. I think that I've been very lucky to have a childminder like Sara.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone as she is friendly caring and passionate about what she does. I think she's the best! :)

I am writing a little review of Sara as she has been very good to us over the last year and made me feel very relaxed about going back to work.
When I went back to work in September 2011 I decided to split childcare with a pre-school and a child minder and after a recommendation went with Sara.
Sara was very understanding to my requests and we went through a plan of pick ups and times. In fact she has always been very flexible and willing to help out, which has been invaluable as we have no family near by.
Sara instantly bonded with both my children and made them feel very welcome in her home. She has a great range of toys which she regularly rotates so the children stay stimulated and like exploring the new toys. She is very careful to make sure there is something for all ages and includes everyone in the fun.
With Caroline her assistant, (who is also lovely)! the children get to play with more children of different ages and get used to bigger groups ready for school or pre-school. This also gives the added care when they got out to parks or farmer palmers which are a weekly event.
Sara puts a lot of time and effort into insuring the children have a stimulating and fun environment, always creating special things for each calendar event, eg Jubilee, Olympics Fathers Day etc
She is incredibly organised and makes me feel confident my children are well cared for. I would be happy to recommend her to anyone requiring childcare.
