Wasted time

This child minder told me her available hours booked me for visit, I went to the visit she gave me all paper work contract ect. To then send me a text message 2 days later saying she could no longer do the days I asked for as she has had to take other children on from another child minder. A bit annoying considering every thing was checked over 3 times. She should of just no from day 1 instead of wasting people's time.
