Laura and her team at Puddleducks have been and are amazing. The setting is truly unique - large lawns, woodland walks, calm, bright and airy nursery and even peacocks to feed!
My son adores all at Puddleducks. He has so much fun. I feel truly comfortable and confident leaving him with Laura and her team/family. He takes part in a range of activities -singing, writing, fruit cutting, growing plants, building hedgehog houses, playing in the mud kitchen, painting, baking, going for walks, playing football, feeding the peacocks and other wildlife. I truly feel that I am leaving him with my extended family, they truly care for their ducklings and make all feel welcome. they take the time to really know each child; their likes and dislikes and their wider families.
I would and do, highly recommend this setting to all.
Please do take the time to have a look around and you will come away with that warm and fuzzy feeling.

Superb childcare

Laura and Maria at Puddleducks have been absolutely amazing with both my girls.

The care they provide is welcoming, warm and friendly. They encourage children to play with a wide range of toys.

My youngest (who has been with Puddleducks the longest) holds her arms out with big smiles, she loves them. If we weren't moving out of the area we wouldn't be leaving. They're going to be hard to replicate.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Laura, Maria and all the girls at Puddleducks.

Note: Lunch is not provided, children take packed lunches. Therefore my star rating for food is N/A.

Love Puddleducks

My son has been attending since February and we couldn't be happier, the staff are wonderful, my son is very well looked after and gets to take part in lots of fun activities at every session.

The setting is lovely and perfect for small children, as he was quite a clingy baby we were worried he'd struggle but they've been so supportive & encouraging that he can't wait to go in, he runs in happily every time.

We've just had great feedback from the health visitor about his excellent communication skills at his two year check, and his confidence is nuilding all the time - i know Puddleducks have contributed to this.

I can't recommend them highly enough, we're very happy. :)

You won't find better!

Puddleducks have looked after my son (18 months) from when he was 1 for 2.5 days per week.

I have been extremely happy with the care he's received. Laura, Olivia and Maria are all very welcoming and my son settled in very quickly. Puddleducks have a wide range of toys and equipment, their surrounding is so child friendly and bright and the outside area is fabulous. My Son's development has come on leaps and bounds since he has been at Puddleducks - there has been a noticeable change in his confidence, speech, walking ability, social skills, getting in to a routine etc. Their daily activities etc always keep him extremely stimulated and when he doesn't attend you can see a massive difference in his personality.

What was most important to me alongside the development of my son was that he was going somewhere where he will be cared for in a loving homely way which is exactly what he gets at Puddleducks and this is shown when he greets either Laura, Olivia or Maria with open arms and a lovely big smile. This makes it so much easier going to work!

Overall Puddleducks is such a wonderful place for me to send my little boy whilst I have to work. Couldn't say a bad word about it. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone and I just hope they have space if and when I have baby number 2 as I wouldn't want them to go anywhere else.

Small and perfectly formed

Puddleducks is an amazing place. My son started here when he was a year old and has never looked back. The staff are wonderful, caring, and creative and their positive, happy outlook can be seen in all the children they look after. It really is the most friendly, stimulating and inspiring environment, somewhere I feel very lucky to be able to leave my son. For our family the fact that there is access to so much outside space, with an emphasis on playing outside, is fantastic. On a personal note, as a parent I have found the channels of communication to be nothing short of excellent and coupled with the fluid approach that allows your child to receive one-to-one care I have felt very confident in leaving my child in Laura's care. If a childminder is what you are looking for, then look no further!

Happy Bunny !

My daughter started at Puddleducks when she was one, and attends three days a week. It's so welcoming & calm, and Laura and the team work hard to make it a fun and safe environment for the children.

I have never seen more than a handful of children at any one time, and it maintains a lovely personal feel. As a result, my daughter has benefitted from developing a great relationship with all the team.

The setting is spectacular, and the easy access to nature walks and wonderful local wildlife means that it offers far more than most childcare alternatives.

My daughter settled in immediately, and can't wait to get out of the car once we arrive ! I think that's testament enough !

Puddleducks

This is the best Childcare setting I have ever experienced! My daughter loved her time at Puddleducks and even though she has now moved on, the fun she had there, the friends she made and the caring way she was nurtured have helped her to be a happy and well rounded little girl. Thank you all for everything you have done. x

Perfect Puddleducks!

My daughter began attending Puddleducks two days a week when she was 10 months old. At first, she really struggled to settle, but Laura and the team worked incredibly hard to help my daughter feel safe, secure and happy in this new, unfamiliar environment. As a first time mum returning to work, I felt reassured that my daughter was receiving absolute care and attention. This care, attention and nurturing has continued and my daughter truly loves her days at Puddleducks. The days are packed full of purposeful, fun indoor and outdoor activities, and so Puddleducks is the perfect choice for my daughter!

Puddleducks

Puddleducks is an absolutely fabulous place! The staff are so caring and the children always seem happy. Our son has been going for a few months now and he genuinely loves it. The outdoor space is particularly good and the care given is of very high quality. We can't recommend it highly enough.

Puddleducks

My Daughter was looked after for 3 full days per week by Laura and the girls for almost 2 years. My daughter came to Puddleducks after having issues with a previous childminder so there was an element of worry with regards to how she would settle. The surroundings at Puddleducks are so peaceful and the atmosphere created is just perfect. My daughter settled in so well and absolutely loved going.

My daughter came on leaps and bounds and Laura and the girls really did an amazing job at not only safely caring for my daughter, but also providing a genuinely loving and caring environment and my daughter learnt a lot very quickly whilst being here.

I cannot recommend Puddleducks highly enough. Absolutely fantastic childminders in a beautiful setting who genuinely love and care for all the children they look after.
