Brilliant nanny

I have worked with Kaley over the past two years within a nanny share and it has been a wonderful experience. Our daughter joined an existing arrangement that Kaley had with a family in Bromley with two young girls. I can honestly say that it was the best decision we made to place our daughter with Kaley in this arrangement - Kaley is a great nanny because she is both very professional, organised and a pleasure to work with, but is also very loving and fun with the children. She is clear in her boundaries and discipline while keeping an enjoyable atmosphere and my daughter has loved spending time with Kaley and the other girls. Kaley always has activities arranged and provided a well balanced range of different things to do, both outside the home and also creative play and play dates indoors. As our daughter has got older Kaley has managed the children’s relationships with each other really well and has fostered a very loving bond between the children. We found the overall experience of the share worked well and felt very welcomed into the arrangement. Kaley managed the needs of the two families effectively and with flexibility.

We are finishing the nanny share in September as my daughter will take up her free hours at nursery and our place in the nanny share was only part time. In many ways we are very sad to be ending the arrangement and under other circumstances would have liked to continue. I cannot recommend Kaley highly enough and would be happy to provide a fuller reference and/or speak on the telephone to any families considering working with Kaley.

Wonderful nanny!

Kaley worked for our family for four years when our children were 1 and 4 and was a fantastic nanny. I couldn't have asked for someone more professional, organised and loving for our children. Not only does Kaley provide the nurturing that children need but she organises the children and the home in such a calm and confident manner. I cannot recommend her enough for any nanny position.

Kaley worked as a sole charge nanny for us but also in a nanny share arrangement when our children started school. She managed the nanny share arrangement in an excellent manner making sure that the children from both families were happy and settled at all times.

It was a delight to work with Kaley and is it great that we are still in touch.
