Brilliant baby sitter

We trust Ross implicitly, and feel so lucky to have found her. She baby sits our 17month old daughter once a week, and is extremely reliable. Ross has baby sat for us on a weekly basis for nearly a year now, in addition to some adhoc baby sitting requests. Our daughter loves spending time with Ross, and is very comfortable in her company. Ross is kind and caring, and has a wonderful nature which makes playtime before bed a special time for our daughter. As a young family without immediate family local to us, we are grateful for the service Ross offers and could not recommend her enough to other families.

Ross is the perfect nanny for our Sheffield family

Our baby Owen absolutely loves Ross. She is an excellent nanny, both for our child and for us as parents.

Ross is kind, patient, and playful with Owen. And from the parent perspective, she is reliable, communicates really well, and is very efficient with all the admin side of things. Ross constantly thinks of fun and creative activities to keep Owen happy & stimulated, and takes him to all kinds of fun baby groups and activities.

We've worked with Ross for 6 months, four days a week, every week since Owen was 8 months old. He's now 14 months old and is so happy, confident and meeting every milestone easily. We could not be happier with Ross, our experience with her has been brilliant. He laughs so much with her and is always delighted to see her. Honestly she's a life saver!

Great Nanny

Ross had been amazing with our children and they love her so much! She has been an incredible addition to our family and made our lives so much easier when it comes to childcare. Our son had some additional needs and Ross has never been phased by him and knows exacly how to help him when needed.

Thank you so much the kids cant wait to see you for the new term!

Ross is a great, reliable and caring, she has taken care good care of my kids and they were so happy with her and she really entertained them through the summer holiday with different activities, really recommends her and hopefully will keep using her services in the future

Fantastic

Ross is really great at what she does, my kids love having her babysit, Ross also puts loads of effort into making sure the kids have a good time, she is great with availability and very flexible with the whole process

Marry Poppins to the Rescue

Ross was a great help to us. Our 3 year old felt very comfortable with her and it was sweet hearing them singing and dancing. We felt good about leaving her with 2 of our 3 month old babies, who took to her right away. She actively engaged with all of them and clearly has a good rapport with children of all ages. She was organized, professional and we look forward to having her continued help in the future.

Great nanny!

My daughter has only had a few sessions with Ross so far, but my daughter has taken to her straight away (and my daughter is very choosy about who she likes!). Ross is professional, reliable and has a very pleasant disposition. After dealing with several very disappointing childcare professionals it is peace of mind to know I can leave my daughter in Ross' safe hands. I would highly recommend her.
