Michelle has looked after both our children before they went to school and has given them a brilliant platform to make the transition easier to school, the activities she chooses are wide and varied and it really engages the education and fun side of their requirements.
She is accommodating and all of the children respect her quiet authority.
Once your children are at school she can do school collections and drop offs and she creates an environment for learning so it’s like an extension of school whilst not forgetting the elements of play.
I cannot recommend her highly enough our children have benefited massively from her care, experience and ability to engage with all children, you are the best !

My son began attending Michelle’s when he was 11 months old and has stayed with her the remainder of his early years time. Michelle’s setting offers a personal touch and she has practically remodelled her house for the children in her care-she truly goes above and beyond. Michelle’s setting offers regular outings, which unlike a nursery gives the opportunity for children to explore and be adventurous, which I love as they will be spending most of their childhood education sat behind a desk. I’m now continuing to use Michelle as my after school childcare provider. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she cares so much about the children in her care and I’m fortune enough that my son is one of those children.

My daughter has been attending Michelle’s setting since she was just over a year old, and is now nearing her third birthday. I whole heartily recommend Michelle and her team whose emphasis is on developing their charges in a fun and safe setting. My little one really enjoys her time at Michelle’s and the friends she has made there (both children and staff). Mixing with a range of ages rather than being kept in her own age group, as so many nurseries do, has allowed her to come on leaps and bounds. She really enjoys the regular trips to groups, local attractions and parks etc. Regular themed activities prepare the little ones for school. I can totally understand why Michelle has achieved an outstanding rating from Ofsted. Michelle and team are very approachable and flexible, I feel well informed and really enjoy the daily photos and reports available on the Babydays app. Having Michelle and team looking after my little one gives me the peace of mind that she is safe, well cared for and having fun whilst I am working 😊

I started my son at Michelle’s setting at 18 months old and has been going for over a year! He settled in quickly and loves attending. Michelle encourages building relationships in the setting and he has created a little friendship group. We both love that he goes out each day he is there with the regular music groups being the favourite. I love that we get a daily report on what has happened and regular reviews on his development. I would choose Michelle every time!

My first son started with Michelle when he was 2 years old after moving from a nursery, I found that my son came on leaps and bounds with his speech and development whilst in Michelle’s setting. My second son soon joined his older brother in Michelle’s care on my return to work at 11 months old.
Michelle has brilliant facilities for the children and caters to their every need, they are always taken out for the day either to a park, toddler group, farms etc. Michelle and her team also set daily activities at the setting to entertain and teach the children, I am confident that my boys will be more than ready for School due to the skills they are learning with Michelle.
My boys are always excited to attend the setting and are happy at drop off. As parents we have a great relationship with Michelle, she is very flexible and will always try to help with any requests for extra childcare when needed. We receive daily updates including pictures and details of all the activities they have done that day, we also receive reports on our child’s development.
I can’t recommend Michelle enough, we are extremely lucky to have her as the boys childminder.

Michelle and her team looked after my daughter who is now 2 I can't say enough to praise her and the team. The setting is safe, clean and has lots of toys and activities inside and out even in the rain she has a covered area for the children so they are never cooped up! They never would be anyway as they take them out most days to toddler groups, the beach , moat park , Leeds castle just to name a few that was what was most appealing as at nursery they are kept within the setting all day and I believe it's important for children to experience the great outdoors and be free! When they are in the setting Michelle chooses an educational topic to work on every month such as numbers, animals etc and makes all the activitys fun whilst learning. They are also given light homework every week for my daughter it was colouring a picture which is great as it prepares them for school. My daughter regularly came home with pictures she had drawn or biscuits and cakes she had baked which I loved as I could see what she had been doing that day. Michelle has an online system which details what the children did that day and uploads photos of your child which is so lovely to see at the end of a busy day at work! Michelle prepare the children for school that's why alot of children in her care don't bother with nursery this is also detailed how well she does this in her ofsted report. Michelle is easy to talk to about your child or just a good chat in general and became a friend who I will miss dearly. She adores the children and works so hard to make every day enjoyable for the children my daughter learned so much her speech improved, her confidence increased along with her interaction with other children. I could go on and on but basically if you want a safe environment where your children will be developed and nurtured whilst making having fun this is definatley the right place she deserves every bit of her " outstanding" rating I can't recommend her enough thank you Michelle
