Excellent!

Sophie has been with us since the 20th August looking after our daughter Hannah part time. We couldn't be happier and don't know what we'd do without her. Hannah was approaching 3 months when Sophie first started. As new parents we needed a helping hand and Sophie has filled that role for us perfectly. Always cheerful, very capable with all aspects of Hannahs needs and care. Sophies experience has been invaluable.

We liked Sophies profile and she was quick to respond to all our emails. She interviewed well and arrived with a big pile of original documents to support her experience. Sophie is always prompt and accomodating with dates. We hope that she'll be with us for a long time.

Lovely professional nanny

We hired Sophie for a couple of days to look after our daughter and she was always on time as well as friendly with our baby. She has the necessary qualifications and experience to be a good nanny of your baby in the future.

left giving no notice

Sophie was lovely and forged a good relationship with my children very quickly. She then cancelled her sessions and finished with no notice, leaving me in a difficult position with my business commitments, the children upset that she hadn't said goodbye and my husband having to use the last of his holiday so that I can work, meaning we can't have the family break we had promised the children

Hi Jennie, thank you for the review. As explained in the message I sent to you, due to family and personal reasons I had to finish my sessions with your family in order to support my Ill grandparent which I did tell you the situation when I first saw you at the session. When I sent you the message you didn’t reply, just read and blocked me leaving me confused, to which if you had expressed your feelings and business commitments we could of worked something out for your and your children. Please may I also say that during my second session looking after your children I had my confidence knocked and doubted myself as a practitioner and felt that I couldn’t look after your children in the way you wanted. This was also on top of me being in hospital with my grandad. When you commented on me saying ‘nearly there’ and ‘thank you’ to your children, I felt uneasy, upset and cAs be been taught all my life is my values and beliefs.
