Dropped us last minute

Tracy never babysat for us...I met her was impressed with her experience and references. Offered her the job on her pay terms and she accepted. Sent out her details to nursery and school. On the day she was due to meet our kids she sent me a text to say she can no longer accept the job because she had been asked to babysitting her grandchild additional days. This clearly left us in a bind as we had made plans around her availability. Even booked my eldest art class for her to take him. A disappointment overall and certainly lost points for her reliability.

Please accept my apologies, as agreed it is not professional but as a member of the family has been diagnosed with cancer it is imperative I help with my granddaughter.
