My little one has been with Maria since 2019.
She offers a home from home environment with focus on learning through play and exploring.
We value the caring and nurturing touch and especially love the bond our little one has with not only Maria but her boys and family.
Having a childminder allows more flexibility around the learning needs of the child. For example she is currently working on sounds and phonics with our little one as this is an area of development he needs as is struggling to pronounce certain letters.
Maria is always on hand for advice and guidance should we need it,which we are extremely grateful for.
My little one is extremely happy at Maria's and has made some lovely friendships with the other children she minds.

My first daughter started with Maria in 2019, she settled relatively quickly having never been left before. She quickly gained confidence and flourished in the setting and generally.
My 2nd child started in 2021 - a real 'lockdown' baby who hadn't seen anymore or been left. She took her time to settle but with Maria's experience and patience she is doing really well.
Maria has provided a fantastic environment for my children to grow and develop both physically and mentally. Maria is caring, personable and professional.
I couldn't recommend her enough.

Maria provides a homely, safe and engaging environment for our daughter. As first time parents, we were somewhat nervous about choosing a childminder. However, from our first meeting, it was abundantly clear that Maria was the right choice for us. We couldn’t be happier with the bond our daughter has formed with Maria and her family: we know she feels happy and safe in her home and all her needs are met, not to mention her excitement and curiosity nurtured. This is evident from the very moment we drop our daughter off in the morning, as she is always so excited to go in and start her day.
We know for sure that our daughter always eats and sleeps well in Maria’s care. We are truly so grateful for what Maria provides for her.

My son has been going to Maria’s for 2 yrs, and he loves it there. More importantly he loves his food there, and it is like home from home for him. I know he is cared for & is safe, which is a weight of my mind when I go to work.
Maria understands the difficulties of balancing work with family, & takes a sensible approach to the dilemmas of your child being ill.
George has come home with many finished arts & crafts work, including gifts for special occasions. He enjoys the books & toys, which are many, that are available for him to play with.
Thank you Maria & Russell for taking such good care of my little boy.

Maria is an excellent childminder, my daughter and my son love it at Maria’s house, it’s like their second family. Maria makes you feel very relaxed, her home has a very welcoming atmosphere and the kids feel at home. Maria keeps you up to date with how the children are, takes pictures and is very relaxed. Having Maria in our lives makes working easier as my children are getting a homely environment with Maria. Thank you Maria and your family.

Where do I start ? This is not just any childminder... this is a family who really care. When you leave you child you can relax and just get on with whatever it is you are needing to do knowing they will be cared for as part of their family and have great fun at the same time.
When I went back to work after maternity leave I had a really bad experience with another minder so was really anxious about leaving my little one... I needn’t have worried at all. Maria is so welcoming and makes everyone feel relaxed ( including my son who was happy to wander about and be nosey when we first met the family). My son needed a lot of reassurance from Maria to settle initially and she gave him lots . Russel and the boys are amazing too... my son loves being with them all which makes going to work so much easier for me .

My son has been going to Maria's since October. I was really nervous to leave him at the beginning but he settled in really quickly.
Maria is very friendly and her family are lovely. They have always made my son feel very welcome and at home, he loves going there and seeing her sons and playing with the other children.
Maria is very flexible, she keeps me updated on his day and also sends me photos to show what he's doing which I love!
I cannot recommend Maria enough, she is wonderful with my son...and manages to get him to eat things he would never try at home!

Maria is fabulous. She looks after my two very different children. My daughter is generally fairly easy, my son is more strong willed and Maria more than copes with both of their varying needs.
She is very reliable and given enough notice and within reason, very flexible too. Her house is clean and a perfect environment for children to play and learn, from what I can see.
I'd recommend Maria to anyone. She treats children with warmth, care and professionalism. I've changed my days that I work, rather than change my wonderful child minder!

Maria provides a safe and loving environment for my son. He adores her. He eats well, sleeps well and has a lot of fun while he is there. Maria tries hard to be flexible as much as she can and her communication about my child's day is extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Maria to others.

Maria is very flexible and friendly.
My son has a great time. He does lots of different activities. Learning whilst having lots of fun.
I enjoy reading my daily contact sheet and she is always very helpful.
