What would we do without Brightstars

Where do I begin. We relocated to the area in 2019 and the daunting prospect of transferring our son from a much loved private nursery in Chester was made so much easier with the help of Charlotte and her team. Our son is quite particular in his routine but with the their help we navigated him through such a big change. As he grew his love for Brightstars did too as did ours. He transferred into school and then attended after school club with Charlotte. Charlotte even went the extra mile adding his primary school into her school pick ups. I gave birth to our daughter and immediately added her onto Charlotte’s waiting list. Once again the daunting task of returning to work after maternity and leaving your baby was upon me….I’m sat writing this review with two sleeping children who have been picked up after an amazing time at their childminders. Charlotte goes above and beyond to cater for our childcare needs and the amount of activities she provides both in her setting and trips is astounding. We couldn’t be without Brightstars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disappointed 😞

I've had a really confusing experience with Charlotte. I jave been asking for availability for my son and was told there is a space for him, then I was invited to see Charlotte's nursery and she showed me around and we were talking about settling in sessions. Then I was given the contract that she asked me to sign and then we could set up some sessions with Max. I was amazed, I was really happy with everything and I also at that point already informed current nursery that my son will be leaving soon to this new place. 2 days after receiving contract from Charlotte I was trying to call her but she wasn'tanswering, I was texting but with no answer... Then another few days later I've just got a short message that she there is no space for my son anymore and still wasn't answering my phone calls, I even tried calling from other numbers but no answer either.
To be honest I am happy this happened before leaving my son at this place as this situation scared me a lot, I would definitely never trust the person who is so unprofessional to look after my baby.
Just be aware.
