Wonderful, imaginative, reliable childcare

Anna has been our nanny for our 6 year old girl and 3 year old boy for the past six months and she is wonderful!

She is creative, imaginative and so motivated. She does such great things with my children and they are very fond of her. She clearly enjoys the company of children and treats them with respect and kindness. She is genuinely interested in their thoughts and opinions.

My son has speech and language problems and she works with him with his speech therapy practise and he has made fantastic progress. His lack of language means he is often frustrated and can misbehave but Anna is patient and understanding yet firm with him.

I work full time and often long hours and I have total piece of mind that my children are safe and happy. Anna is reliable and trustworthy. She has a wealth of experience and I often ask her for advice when it comes to dealing with tricky behaviour. We will miss her but hope that she will remain our friend.

Outstanding childminder

I'm a mother of three children, aged 4, 2 and 2 weeks. Experiencing Anna's incredible way with children and parents alike is a genuine privilege; my partner and I feel utterly blessed to have her play such an important role in our children's lives. She was the first person we called to look after the older two when I went into labour two weeks ago as we trust her implicitly and knew she would handle the situation with sensitivity and care.

We share Anna with another family two days a week; she cares for the younger ones during the day, then collects the older two from school and cares for them all until bedtime. Obviously, I look after the baby at the moment, but Anna is fantastic with him and gets stuck in helping out when she senses I need a break, which is a complete Godsend.

Tailoring the afternoons to suit all of the children is something Anna does with ease. Her manner is upbeat and engaging, the activities she provides are creative and original, and she always provides a loving yet disciplined environment where the children are constantly surrounded by a sense of fun.

When Anna cares for my children, not only does she bring education and diversity to their day, she also always finds time to provide invaluable advice and support when I'm struggling as a parent. Having confidence in my children’s care and wellbeing is absolutely paramount, and when I leave my children in Anna’s charge I know that I can rest completely assured that they are safe, happy and intellectually engaged.
