The most amazing family environment

My Son was cared for by Soraia and her family for two years, in the mornings before school and for the school run. From the moment we walked into their home we were treated like family. Warm, caring and welcoming. My Son and I immediately felt at ease and adapted to the amazing facilities and surroundings provided.

The whole family’s focus is around children. This makes for an incredibly adaptive and caring environment. The homely feel and activities provided, add a personalised touch to the provision and make the ‘business’ feel more like friends/family, than a childcare facility.

Working alongside children’s services myself, I was a tricky customer to please and extremely anxious at the thought of leaving my only child with ‘strangers’. I needn’t have worried whatsoever. A few hours settling in before his first official visit and we both felt immediately at ease. I genuinely could not have wished for better care for my child and we miss the family immensely since we moved home and my Son started Secondary School.

I would not hesitate at recommending Spotty House! A genuine 5* service and true friends for life.
