Ellie looked after our 15m old when we needed emergency cover to look after him for a few hours. Our son felt very comfortable with her and even though he only had met her once before stayed with her happily. Ellie followed our directions and seemed very calmed and relaxed in the new situation, our son was ill but she still looked after him and updated us through the day.
I trusted her and would call her again if I was stuck.
