Instant connection, heaps of experience

My son (2.5) has been with Nic and Jill for few months now. We have switched from another childminder who has retired. It was an instant click. He felt at home from the get go. (Worth pointing out the ladies were met by the previous minder who thought they were both very professional and great with children and recommended we go with Nic and Jill after other viewings).
The set up is lovely, with plenty of toys, and books. Children do lots of developmental activities and spend time outdoors.
Good, healthy selection of food is provided.
Any issues, accidents are reported promptly and thoroughly handed over at the collection time.
Nics dog Frankie is great with kids, no concerns there at all.
Would thoroughly recommend them.
