If you want a safe childcare provider Gemma is not the one for you. My 17 month old twins were in her care for a matter of months and came home with hair being cut off, bumps to the head and more all unexplained and not knowing how this is done. Gemma has had my children as tag alongs to visit her family as well as her having her, and I quote “sometimes partner” present at her house whilst caring for my children. I come to pick up my children who are claimed to be ill and the moment I get home they are off and away happy as ever playing. Not to mention she will never work your contracted hours, she will ALWAYS finish early and will always give you a new excuse. If you care for your child AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Not to mention she has committed fraud against me, allowing me to release funds to her under false pretences. But I care more about my children’s safety than money.

Gemma has been my daughters first and only childminder since she was 13 months old. It was a bit daunting experience to leave the little one with someone else other than family! But Gemma has literally been a god gift who made the whole process so smooth and full of joy. Gemma has a lovely set up where the children are exposed to a number of toys, books and other resources and takes lovely care of my daughter in all possible ways. She is very keen on cleanliness and manners. She communicates very well about child's progress and gives a clear idea (about feeding, nap times, activities done...etc.) how the day was spent. My daughter is always excited to be with Gemma and returns home as happy little girl. She always finds time and helps us when we really need her. In these 2 years, I have never faced any problem with Gemma! Highly recommend Gemma's childminding service!

Gemma is the most kind and warm childminder i have met. She has been extremely flexible with my requirements. As a single mum, I knew I could count on her to provide the same love to my daughter while I was at work. I will recommend her 100%.

Gemma is not just a childminder, she has become part of our family. Being both doctors, she helped us during the peak of the pandemic and looked after our 4 and 2 year old with love, care and flexibility. She kept them safe, happy and fed! I trust her 100% with my children, and they have developed tremendously under her care. She has looked after both for a year and I know I cannot find better care anywhere. She has all the qualities required and more to provide love for children.

Gemma is literally golddust! My son was - and still is - a very shy and nervous kid. Thanks to the pandemic he didn't get the social interactions he should have in the first year of his life which left him having severe attachment issues. When I found Gemma I immediately felt at ease in her company and my gut instinct was right. The progress she has helped make with my son is beyond my wildest dreams a few months ago and she genuinely adores him as much as her own! Its the most reassuring feeling and enables me to be more productive at work cause I know my son is in the best hands. I couldn't recommend Gemma enough for everything she does every single day.

Gemma looks after my little boy. Straight away she put me at ease leaving him there. He gets so excited as we pull up. Always comes home such a happy boy. She goes the extra mile, we even recently got a home made card with him hand print for Easter. I Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

A wonderful childminder, my daughter was very shy and trusted no one. At Gemma's, my daughter became braver. She has a lot of activities and fun, she stopped crying when I had to leave her, moreover, she didn't want to come back home because she wanted to play. Gemma has been taking care of my daughter since she was 4. Today she is 6 years old and we still use Gemma's help and care. When I leave my child with her, I know that she is cared for and safe. At her home, I noticed a lot of toys, a safe space to play, and the house is kept clean. I wholeheartedly recommend Gemma as a nanny.

Gemma is very thoughtful and kind. Great help and flexible also amazing with my daughter who grew in diferent ways while in Gemmas care. Always very happy to go there and learn something new!!

Gemma looked after my two boys for a short time before i had to move out of the area i was so upset when we had to leave the boys loved being there and i felt they learnt so much In The short time spent there. I would definitely recommend gemma to anyone looking for a loving fun safe childminder.

Gemma has looked after my daughter since she qualified and I have never once worried about dropping my bubba off and going to work. She loves it there and never cries when I leave. The setting is always clean and has so many age related toys. Gemma has always showed my daughter a caring but disciplined approach. I’m so thankful to have found her!
