let us down with no explanation

Sammie seemed really nice and friendly with all the right experience. She came to meet us and kept communications up. She even signed a contract but then from one day to the next she just stopped all communications. Literally 10 days before she was due to start she just disappeared with no explanation. Didn’t return any messages, in any form. We discovered that she had found another job and didn’t have the honesty or integrity to just tell us. She left us in the lurch without even an apology. Stay clear!

reliability/responsibility

We liked Sammi very much at her interview mid-December, my eldest fell literally in love so we did arrange a trial day for the 6th of Jan.
She even texted me a couple of days before to confirm time and ask about parking space.
I was in shock when she just didn't turn up without any notice or call or text. I was expected to go to work that day and got stuck home instead worrying and wondering if anything had happened to her - as she never answered my calls or replied to any message, to date... just disappeared.

did not turn up for interview

Sammie and I agreed an interview date at my house. The night before she texted asking whether we had parking, I explained we didn't have offstreet parking but there were Pay as you go aya opposite. I didn't hear back and unfortunately she failed to show up the following day without explanation. She didn't pick up my calls and I still haven't heard back from her.
