Did not turn up for interview

I arranged an interview with this nanny. I emailed the address and sent a confirmation email on the day of the interview. She never turned up. There was no phone call or message to say she was unable to attend. I emailed her to find out if she was coming but no response. I have had no explanation. I can see she has logged on to her account and yet no email or explanation. I would not recommend this lady as clearly she is completely unreliable and not up to the responsibility of looking after children. There is no excuse for the lack of communication.
