Flexible and child-centred approach

Janet looked after our child for a couple of months, providing us with some much needed support during a gap in our childcare plans before a nursery place became available. She was extremely flexible, for which we were very grateful. She has a very child-led approach, being hugely attentive to our child's needs and placing great importance on play, which our child adored. Thank you Janet!
