We had offered Isabella a role as an after school nanny to look after our two daughters which she had accepted and agreed to. The day before her start date, at 10pm in the evening, we got a message that she had accepted another role. We had absolutely no chance of arranging to find someone new with such short notice, and as a consequence we had to rearrange all our plans.
