Professional, loyal & committed

Thais is a true professional. Loyal, committed, respectful, highly knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. She provides a lovely and loving environment for all the children in her care. Thais goes above and beyond in her job, and she always provides essential feedback. Nothing is too much trouble, and she will often go out of her way to accommodate and help when help is needed. My son has additional needs and Thais has supported me from the very beginning of that journey to get the extra help and support required prior to starting school and now, during the time he is in school. Thais is a very kind natured and honest person who clearly loves her job. I can see that she has a wonderful connection with the children she looks after, and a beautiful and trusting connection with my son, which ultimately is one of the most important requisites I could ask for.
