Couldn't have found better

Jane has been looking after our daughter since she was 18 mnths, we searched all over for childcare and settings and I wasn't happy with any of them until I came across shinning stars, Lilly took to Jane instantly which massively put me at ease and I wouldn't take her anywhere else. lilly has come on leaps and bounds since attending considering she was a little behind due to being premature, she loves being out and about and playing with the other kids and is always excited to come which gives you more reassurance. Jane works well with parents and has helped me out a lot when needed , would highly recommend.

Amazing

My daughter has been going to Shining stars for a year and a half. From the initial visit me, my daughter and Jane clicked. Jane has been amazing with lilia and her development, she had come on loads and lilia loves going every day to see Jane and her friends. I am a single parent and have no family around me and Jane has been amazing at supporting me and lilia and has been flexible with childcare arrangements. Jane's setting is like home from home and I wouldn't want to take lilia anywhere else. Would recommend Jane over and over to anyone.

Like family

Jane is an amazing child minder. My two children go to Jane’s and I wouldn’t send them anywhere else. She treats the children like they are her own my kids love her. I will be sad when it is time for them to leave for school but they will be staying through the holidays. Wouldn’t trust no one else xx

Part of the family

Jane has provided fantastic care for our son for the last 2 and a half years. Our little boy absolutely loves going to shining stars and constantly talks about all of the different activities he gets up to. Jane has developed an excellent relationship with him and he really feels like she is a part of our family and he is part of hers.
Jane keeps us updated with photos and videos of his achievements from counting and writing to woodland walks and messy play. Jane has an excellent outdoor area at her home but often takes the children out to the woods, the beach and various playgroups. She also provides a healthy and balanced diet for children. Our son started out as a very fussy eater but now eats all sorts of things. Childcare with Jane is very flexible and she is happy to work around parents where possible. Our circumstances changed a couple of times over the 2 and a half years our son was attending shining stars and she was able to cater for what we needed.
We would definitely recommend Jane and shining stars. We will be keeping in touch even though our son is now in school full time. He wouldn't let us not. He loves Jane! ❤️

Amazing childminder

Jane has been childminding my daughter felicity for 3 morning a week for nearly a year now, my daughter loves going to janes and is excited to see her,

Jane is committed to her job and is fantastic with the children giving them plenty of activities and outings, Janes home is welcoming to the children and she has a large garden with outdoor toys for the children to play in, she has a whole conservatory set out full of toys and activities for her childminding,

Jane makes the children’s time sooo fun and exciting, she has taken them to play groups and to parks.

Jane is very approachable and will do her very best to help with any unexpected childcare arrangements to support families.

Felicity will leave Jane this year to go to reception and she is sooo sad to be leaving Jane, she asks everyday to go there and come home full of stories of everything being she has done with Jane,

I couldn’t recommended her enough.

Home from home!

Jane looked after my little boy from the age of 8 months to the of 16 months! He absolutely loved her and spending time there and Jane and her family treated him like a member of their family. I was really sad when I had to leave Jane because we moved house and she is now too far for us! I can't recommend Jane enough, as well as being loving and caring, she's also extremely professional!
Thank you so much again Jane and family, you have made it so much easier both for me and my boy xxx
