I'm so glad i found Natalie when looking for childcare for my son after school. Natalie is extremely caring, friendly and has made sure my son was happy and settled every time i dropped him off. She as made us both feel like part of the family. Natalie provides a large variety of activities and walks/ outings, Natalie has been so thoughtful in acknowledging special days like Birthdays, Easter, Halloween and Christmas. she has been flexible and been able to accommodate us when it’s school holidays. I truly do recommend Natalie to anyone looking for childcare.

Excellent Carer!!
Natalie looked after my girls for a few years after school and during half terms and holidays whilst they were at junior school.
She always had fun activities planned for them, making learning fun, giving them valuable experiences that they have taken with them and now look back with fond memories.
We have remained in contact even though my girls don’t attend her setting anymore. They still get excited whenever I say we’re going to meet up with her!
I’d definitely recommend Natalie to anyone who is looking for childcare or someone trustworthy and reliable to take good care of their little one.

On par with the other reviews, Natalie is an excellent childminder, in her home and outside. She keeps the childs mind active with all sorts of activities. My story with Natalie begins where I had been looking for someone for odd hours and odd days. Many people enquired to my add, but it was one day here or there. My daughter is 7 and as we were visiting the UK on a working-holiday, I needed care for the days I worked, as I could not get her into the local school either. Natalie did not usually mind on one of the particular days I required, but for our short stay she agreed to. Natalie said she agreed as she had been stuck in the past and knew how this felt. This was perfect for my daughter, as I was not having her at different carers throughout the week. My daughter who is a tough critic was absolutely enthralled with Natalie. My impression of Natalie, was, she has a bubbly personality with common sense, and it would be hard not to like her. Thank you Natalie for coming to my rescue, all children are very precious and I had total piece of mind and could focus on my work. Thank you for agreeing to do those days that you keep for other personal admin. Another childminder asked Juliet what she thought of you and there was no hesitation with a thumbs up from her.

After moving back to Swindon from Portsmouth I did struggle to find a childminder that had space for two children under 3. I found Nat but I was a bit apprehensive as my son always cried when dropping him off to his previous childminder in Portsmouth. After his first session I couldn’t even get a goodbye from him as he would run straight in and was so settled!!
Nat has been absolutely amazing with both my children but I had to put my son into preschool and will be taking my daughter to the nursery where he goes from January which we’re all really sad about, both kids love Nat to pieces and my son was gutted when he realised he wasn’t going to her anymore.
I honestly can’t recommend her enough, she always done either days out or some sort of activities which they didn’t get with their previous childminder so thank you so much for all you’ve done with my two, they really will/do miss you.

Natalie looked after my 2 children when I returned to work after my second child. At the time my son had just turned 2 and my daughter was 8 months. I had struggled to find a childminder that my son would settle with and was quite concerned after a bad experience with another childminder Evonne Burch. Both my children warmed to Natalie instantly and there were never any tears at drop off times and at pick up's they never wanted to leave. My daughter has special needs as she had meningitis at birth and has some brain damage and scarring. Natalie was patient with her and was great at working with her to help her reach her milestones. Natalie did fun things with them and educational learning activities and they both progressed well in her care. Due to my daughters poor start in life it was always going to be hard leaving her but using Natalie made it so much more bearable, knowing that they were both happy and being so well looked after.
My son has since started nursery and after 9 months still has not settled well yet he settled almost instantly with Natalie and still asks now to go there instead.
I gave up work after a year as felt my daughter would benefit from more time with me and both children missed Natalie terribly and despite my daughter only being just over a year and a half or so at the time a year on she still remembers Natalie and gets very excited at hearing her name or seeing her.
I have recently returned to work part time and did not hesitate using Natalie again and the children are loving going there again.

After looking for a while for a childminder for my son, Natalie was a great choice! She takes the children out most days, provides a fun caring home environment for the children and really cares for the children she looks after. My son loves going to Natalie's and always looks forward to it, which is all I can ask, he is a very happy boy there and nothing is ever too much for Natalie. She is always helpful with last minute extra hours or school pick ups when needed, a real god send when you need to rely on extra care!
I would definitely recommend Natalie for children of any age :-)

As a first time mother I was a really anxious about leaving my little one with a childminder at only 11months old. When we met Natalie she immediately put us both at ease. We have now used her services for over 6 months and are really happy with the arrangement. My daughter is always clean and content when I arrive and is having so much fun that she is reluctant to leave. I am really pleased as Natalie provides a variety of activities to encourage well rounded development. She seems so attuned to the children's needs. My little one really benefits from this flexibility yet there is sufficient structure to provide stability and comfort. Natalie's nurturing patient manner seems to bring out the best in the children. Knowing that my infant is happy, and stimulated in a safe caring environment really smoothed my transition back to work. I have found her really flexible, adapting to the specific needs of my little one.
While fun and engaging with the children, Natalie is very professional and reliable. I really like the updates she gives on what my child has done each day, and the little projects that she sends home so I can see what my baby is learning and it helps soothe some of that "mummy guilt" associated with returning to work. She is a great childminder, and it feels more like I leaving the baby with family. I cannot recommend her enough!

I have known Natalie since my daughter started with her when she was small. After having bad experiences with previous childminders, Natalie was able to give me the reassurance I needed so that I had peace of mind when it came to leaving my daughter whilst I went to work. Not only did I know she was well looked after – I knew that Natalie provided a fun and exciting environment in her home, as well as fun activities outside too! I remember my daughter was always willing to go to Natalie’s and would often ask to go on days she didn't need to! I formed a great friendship with Natalie and have kept in touch over the years, so even my 2 year old Son warms to Natalie every time we see her. I am thankful Natalie is starting her childminding again and would recommend her to anyone seeking childcare – I am hoping she will be able to look after my daughter again, as well as my Son this time round!
