I have 15 years experience in early years and have took on a number or roles with in this time
At the moment I am deputy manager and have been in management for the last 6 year some of my roles are
SENCO ,designated child protection , behaviour management, Norrowing the gab coordinator ,
First aid training ,heath and safety and fire I also over see 11 members of staff and 6 are based in the room I over see and support the manager with the day to day running of the setting
