Hi. My name's Agata. I'm from Poland and I'm 38 years old.I'm a cheerful, warm and sensible person, full of energy, really sporty and very hands-on. In my spare time I enjoy reading books, listening to the music or simply being outdoors, jogging or taking pictures. A sentence that defines me: it's a must to go to bed every night having learned something new.
Being a nanny is a pride for me and I consider it a way of living. It offers me the advantage to do all the funny things that almost all the people unfortunately have to stop to do once they become adults (like getting everything messy doing art-crafts, baking and playing football in a muddy field!), but also the opportunity to give everyday the best of myself, helping busy parents to raise their children so these ones become independent, well-behaved and happy individuals, with strong skills for the life and a healthy and good mood to face the future.
My Experience
Since 2013 I'm taking care of 2 boys: (by the time I started) 9 months and 2.5 years old. From September 2017 till March 2020 become a nanny share. I had one more boy. In that time he was 7 years old. A resume of many duties:
- create a stimulating and safe environment for children
- supervise the children's activities at all time
- organise a fun educational day, take the children to activities, play dates and events
- plan and prepare meals and feed children
- children basic needs (dressing, place the child down for a nap, change diapers, bathing, etc.)
- nursery and school drop off and collection
- administers medicine to the children when they sick
- tidying and organising children's bedroom, playroom, washing clothes, ironing, cleaning after meal
- playing witch children, both indoors and outdoors
- carying for children from both families together at the same time
- helping with homeworks, reading, doing homeschool during pandemic
- occasionally babysitting
From 2010 for 3,5 years I've worked as a nanny/mothers help and I've been taking care of three children,one girl and two boys. By the time I started girl was 5 years old, boy 3.5 years old (with Down's Syndrome) and the youngest boy was 3 months. A resume of my many duties:
- responsible for the safety and the well being of the children at all the time.
- getting children ready in the morning and taking them to the nursery, school and playgroups.
- reading to and with the children, helping them with the homework.
- cooking nutritious and age related meals.
- being firm and discipline children when needed.
- bathing children and changing their nappies, potty training
- attended to the therapy session, doing home rehabilitation with second child
-Creating imaginative and fun games and activities to enjoy together but also to encourage them to being active and independent and lead their own games.
-Taking them shopping and to the library, parks, museums, etc.
-Teaching them good manners and being kind and gentle with other children and people.
-General nursery tidying up and duties related.
My Qualifications
I become a nanny since 2010. I have got 10 years experience as a childcare.
I have got first Aid certificate.
My Availability
I am looking welcoming family to start working from January.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
- Nannying from £17.00 per hour (net)

Agata has been taking very good care of my two children for the past 4 years. Her dedication, patience and ability to take care of children are amazing. She is warm and firm at the same time, with a very balanced approach to education.
She has always been open to discuss any concern she had about the children in a proactive manner, whether it is a problem at school, a behaviour concern or anything related to the children.
Agata is amazing at planning fun and creative activities and play dates.
I can't recommend her enough and will miss her dearly, as the boys will.
