We, Tom and Kate, are both professionals who work in London. Our son Theo is 12 years old, quiet and shy. His older sister Evie is 15 and fine to do her own thing, but enjoys company to bounce off. We also have a small dog, Jess, and a cat, Astrid.
My Requirements
LOOKING FOR SUMMER HOLIDAY NANNY: JULY 7th to 30th / AUG 18 to 31st.
TUES / WEDS / THURS 9am - 4pm
We're looking for a Nanny to look after our son Theo. His school breaks up early and he needs structure and stimulation in his days.
My son enjoys baking, art, maths, yoga, and dog walks in the park. He is kind, funny and shy. He has a form of autism that means he finds some social interactions difficult and can struggle with busy environments. He doesn't have the behavioural difficulties or 'special interests' that are sometimes associated with the autism spectrum.
Son and Daughter get on very well. But both kids like a bit of their own space too and that’s fine.
We would love a Nanny that has some SEN experience, but the most important factor is that you are a calm and steady presence and comfortable listening carefully when he does lead communication.
