I am a Brazilian Psychologist. I love being around children and I am highly creative and fun. I know how to engage with children in a creative way, introducing educational activities through playing, artwork and games. I believe these are key elements for a child healthy development and his/her well-being. However, I also know when to set up limits and to adapt my approach according to the culture and family dynamics.
My Experience
I have +10 years' experience with childcare and I find this activity very rewarding. The last family I worked for I was in charge of all daily routine of a lovely three-year-old boy, such as: pick up from nursery, plan after school activities, summer holidays and play dates. I also supported the family on issues regarding the child’s development about: potty training and tantrums, guiding the family how to deal with it.
I had a significant experience in nursery environment with children between the ages of 2-6 years old, coordinating educational and recreational activities. I worked as a classroom assistant for 3+ years, supporting teachers to create a safe and effective learning environment, leading to excellent outcomes.
My Qualifications
My qualification as a psychologist is recognized in the UK and is equivalent to British Bachelor degree. I am Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and member of the Division of Educational and Child Psychology. Which means I always try being uptodate on issues about child development, learning disabilities and mental health concerns.

I am currently looking for a part-time nanny job and occasional babysitting. I am able to work over the weekend, sleeping over as well as go for summer holidays and short trips.
I am flexible with days and I have no problem to work fewer/extra hours when needed.
