Not professional
Since removing my daughter from this child minder, I have found out a few things, she was late picking my daughter up from school on many occasions and didn’t feel I needed to know this! I’ve asked for copies of my invoices that I have paid to her, and she is ignoring me, which I need to send to the council to prove that I paid for my daughter to go here! Very un professional, not once was my daughter taken out like keron promised she would do, as it also states on her profile! Few other mums have mentioned they have taken their children out for exactly the same reason!! A lot of money to pay to sit in an house all day!!

Hi, I’m sorry that you have this view on my childcare services. The review you left previous was lovely and if you had any problems with my provision whilst I had your child in my care I wish you had of spoken to me about them at the time. However I would like to clarify a few things, i postponed my service due to breach of the finance contract on your behalf and until this was resolved I could not have your child in my care. I have provided you with every invoice of every week you paid for my services. I apologise that I picked your child up a couple of minutes late on the add occasion however I often have small children and babies with me along with other school children I pick up, due to parking spaces (Im sure everyone can agree parking is terrible near most schools) I had to make sure I had a safe parking space with room to get all the children in and out safely as their safety is paramount. During the time I had your child I didn’t go out to the park etc due to the timing only after school, I have children being picked up from my provision every hour from 4-6 and proving snacks or tea for children that have been at school all day. I am unsure of what of parents you may have been speaking to but i hope that all my mums are happy with my services and trust that if they had any real issues they would talk to me. As stated in your previous review I am very understanding and try my very best to make the children and parents happy. However this is my business and my way of living. I have to save a child’s place, when that space is filled I can not take on anymore children therefor that slot needs to be paid whether the child attends or not (as stated in the contact). I throughly enjoyed taking care of your child and wish her all best for the future
