Hello, my name is Teresa Gilbert. I'm a qualified Nursery Nurse and Nanny.
I have a NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing. I now have over 15 years experience
working with children from the age of 3 months up to 12 years.
I'm currently self-employed as a private nanny, working for 2 families in the Pedmore area.
Energetic, fun and positive, working closely with the parents, I care for the development of each individual child, and believe in offering varied experiences and opportuntities to stimulate and nurture their development.
I'm looking for hours to work alongside my current families.
My Experience
After college, I worked full time for 8 years, in a private day nursery in the Hagley area, as a Senior Nursery Nurse. My time here was spent working with toddlers from 3 months to 6 years. My duties included; feeding, toileting, planning and organising activities, keeping observations and records of the child's development.
I'm now working self employed as a private nanny, which I have been doing for just over 6 years. My duties included; preparing meals, dress and bathe the children, settle children down for naps and bedtime, school runs, organizing and engaging in activities, helping with school homework, etc..

My Availability
Hours I have available are Monday-Thursday 8am til 1.30pm (TERM-TIME ONLY)
and a Friday all day.
