About Me
Hi my name is Katy im 33 and I am a stay at home happy mummy to my little boys kayden aged 8 and mikah age 4 . Living in our ground floor welcoming home. We spend all our time together having lots of fun indoors and outdoors especially our garden and days out. Kayden and mikah love playing with children of all ages, they would love a play mate to have fun with indoors and outdoors, visiting loads of fun places but yet maintaining a healthy routine. Kayden attends St Johns primary school, so pick up from that school would be perfect. I like to think im good at my job, all children i have looked after i have built close relationships with, aswell as their parents also. Can provide excellent references from nursery setting and childminding parents.
I am very flexible, can do last minute care, and all holidays, i also drive and have my own car.
My Experience
In my years I hold 14 years exp in childcare,7 years of that being in a early year's nursery,running my own two year old room which I enjoyed every minute in doing so. I left for maternity leave and since have decided a nanny job would suit me better.
While working at the nursery i had 16 key children with the early years stage profiles of development. I managed all planning activities,held parents evenings, daily observations and regular feedback to parents, all while running my own 2 year old room working along other members of staff.
I have worked as a nanny for a wonderful family, who I was so sad to leave. I picked 2 boys up from Alexandra infant school everyday, also having them both in the half term doing fun days out and activities while maintaining a healthy routine.
* update... i was looking after a lovely little girl 2 full days a week, i had this child for 3 and half years but sadly last month they moved far away an we had to come to an end. This has left me with full availability.
