Our daughter has been attending Nicola's setting 2 days a week for over a year, since she was around 16 months old. She settled in very quickly and absolutely loves going, and we love hearing her chat about the things she's done on the days she attends.

Nicola is fantastic with the children and receptive to their individual needs. The kids at the setting play nicely together and Nicola arranges a variety of different fun and education activities for them all to get involved with, as well as regular outings. They also have plenty of opportunity to get out in the fresh air and run around in a safe environment.

Nicola keeps parents very well informed of what the children have been doing at the setting as well as observations on their development. She also provides the children with things like activity sheets that they can do at home with you, and regularly lends out books and play packs that are relevant to the children's development (for example, when we started potty training, she provided us with a book and some toys to help our daughter understand about using the potty).

Nicola's policies for her setting are clear and sensible, costs are transparent and she is very helpful to parents. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a home childcare setting.
