Bex at Pickery’s has looked after our daughter Milly since the age of

The setting is like a home from home except with additional toys and a few other young people to play with. Oh, and chickens, with egg collecting a special treat.

Milly loves her days there and is always ready and eagerly waiting at the front door to go in the morning.

Bex takes the kids on regular outings to local Playgrounds, music groups and for walks on the forest. Milly has definitely become a true outdoors lover and developed great stamina as a result.

Educationally the setting has been the perfect precursor to school as Milly has a strong grasp of letters and numbers already. I was blown away the other day when she told me the time from our clock face. Turns out that Bex had been teaching her how to tell the time.

Communication between Bex and myself has been excellent and I have always felt that Pickerys is a safe, secure and stimulating environment for our little girl. I would highly recommend Pickerys if you want a small setting with a dedicated care giver. Bex is warm, friendly and reliable, and the children she looks after love her.
