I'm a 39 year old taxi driver who still struggles with the life/work balance...
I need to work one night a weekend to sustain our household.
I have two boy's aged 10 and 12 and a bearded dragon called Lizzy.
My Requirements
I need an oftsed registered childminder.
It could be 6pm until 6am (12 hour's) on a Friday staying overnight. Or even 6pm until 2am Friday and Saturday (16 hour's) not staying. Also, their's plenty of potential for more hour's depending how you all get on with half term's/school holiday's etc.
My boy's will have had tea before you arrive and they can stay up until 9:30pm latest. My 12 year old probably won't be seen much, he loves his xbox. My 10 year old is the one who likes the attention.
We've had a few childminder's over the last 10 year's. My boy's need someone who can act like a big kid, who likes gaming, playing board/card game's, doesn't mind watching YouTube, series, movie's and likes a good yap.
I really want the 3.5 hours they're awake with you, between me leaving for work and their bedtime to be something you all enjoy. But it's also very important that you can handle sibling rivalry, be consistent and establish rules regarding bedtime etc.
