A first-rate nanny

Jo impressed us by being able to form an instant connection with our children, one of whom usually hides from strangers.

I expected to have to choose between either a sensible nanny or a fun one. But with Jo, you get the best of both worlds. She is friendly, energetic and has an instinctive understanding of how to communicate well with children. Yet she is also practical, responsible and has initiative in spades.

Additionally, she applies her knowledge of EYFS education and extensive leadership experience in nursery settings to come up with age-appropriate activities.
